We want you to love your scrubs because you deserve to feel confident and comfortable in every setting, every shift, and every service. But if you don't, we offer an easy return/exchange process.

REFUND POLICY

Exchange Eligibility 

We offer free exchanges for size, embroidery corrections or color.

If you need a different style, please return the item and place a new order.

Exchanges are processed as soon as we receive your original item.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. 
Items must be: 

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • Free of makeup, pet, hair, or scent 

  • with original tags and packaging​

How to Start an Exchange Order?

1. Visit our Exchanges/Return Portal Tab

2. Enter your order number and address to begin

3. An automated email will be formed and the following will be needed in the message:

  • description of the item

  • reason for the exchange 

  • desired size

4. We will send you a return label and confirm your replacement. 
5. Once we receive your original item, we’ll ship out your new one within 3-5 business days.

Return Eligibility and Non-Eligibility 

Items must be returned within 10- 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached. Final sale, clearance, or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. Returning packages must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached.  Non Eligibility Includes ALL PURCHASES THAT WERE ON SALE will not be accepted. Customized scrubs with personalized embroidery (unless defective). Items worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted. 

How to Start a Return Order?

1. Visit our Returns/Exchange Portal  Tab 

2. Enter your order number and  address to begin. 

3. An automated email will be formed and the following will be required in the message:

  • reason for return item

  • selected form of refund (store credit/deposit payment returned)

4. Print the prepaid return label and drop it off at your local postal services. 

Return Shipping 

We offer free return shipping for exchanges.

For returns (refunds), a flat  $6.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
