SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. 

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

1. Standard shipping: 5-10 business days 

2. Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days 

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carriers, weather or unforeseen issues. 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking 

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). 

  • Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Carriers

  • We primarily ship through Fedex and USPS.

  • Customers can select preferred shipping options at checkout. 

Lost and Damaged Packages

  • Scrub Topic is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. 

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@scrubtopic.com so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue. 

Incorrect Address Disclaimer 

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, Scrub Topic is not responsible for lost packages.
