🚚 Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped:

    •    We are unable to cancel it.

    •    You can initiate a return once it arrives by visiting our return policy page.

💳 Refunds for Canceled Orders

    •    Approved cancellations will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

    •    Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

❗ Exceptions

    •    Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

    •    Orders marked as Final Sale are not eligible for cancellation.
